"Loved opening the curtains in the morning to see a cruise ship outside. The location is very good with trips to the islands practically on the doorstep. Also the new metro entrance at the front takes away the stress of trying to cross a very busy road! This was not our first stay there and I hope to return again soon."

"The beautiful, old, stately property is very grand. But the bathrooms are in severe need of an upgrade. Screws in the walls where robe hooks used to be, not a shelf or tub rim to place shower products, any other amenity such as irons, need to be called down to be brought up. "The hostel is clean and very nice for the price. I only used it because I needed to be at the airport by 430am. "I realy enjoyed the atmosphere of the area. The staff did their best to make me happy and treated me with respect. But, the fridge provided in my room was not working and nobody cared about it. They allowed me to use the staff's fridge downstairs. No liquid soap to wash hands in the bathroom. No facilities to make tea in my room. "

The room itself seemed a bit shabby - the bathroom fixtures were loose (the sink faucet would sink down by itself after lifting it up), and there was barely any sink space to place toiletries. We also requested an accessible room since my partner just had surgery, and the toilet was located 1-2cm away from the shower, making it impossible to use the toilet without moving the shower walls around - which was not impossible, just inconvenient and poorly...
