## Space
This welcoming 63 m² accommodation offers both comfort and conviviality, perfect for holidays with family or friends.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a lovely living area with a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with TV and WIFI, as well as a spacious bathroom. A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed is also located on this level.

Upstairs, a cozy mezzanine with a sofa bed (120x190 cm) leads to a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.

Outside, a beautiful covered terrace allows you to enjoy meals or relaxing moments outdoors in any weather.

For your comfort throughout the year, the entire accommodation is fully air-conditioned.

## Access
You will be greeted directly by Katia, the owner of the residence.
The flat has 1 private parking space in front of the house. The residence is closed by an electric gate.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddling, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Neighborhood
The house is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for hire from Saturday to Saturday.
A deposit of €300 will be required on arrival.
Travellers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed and bath linen kits can be booked for €10 per person.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can carry it out for you for a fixed price of €84 including tax.
Cleaning obligatory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning on site if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
