VILLA PAOLA is a smart fully renovated house located in the city centre of VIAREGGIO in 700 metres from the beach. The house has air conditioning, wifi and private outdoor The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining, kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, full size freezer and refrigerator and washing machine. In addition we provide hairdryers, iron and board. The apartment has a lovely outdoor area with dining table + chairs and a sofa with lounge armchair.

A great family stay

We had a great family stay here - lovely typical Viareggio style house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to the train station, market and beach. Well equipped, comfortable beds and we loved the outside patio area.

Very clean and stylish property with a courtyard area to store bicycles, quite of an evening with air conditioning in a great location at the better end of town for local amenities ie park, market and shopping.

Wonderful Stay

The house is a nice quiet back patio location off the street. The location is great in walking distance from the train station and close to the main tourist attractions at the beach. Pisa (30 minutes) and Cinque Terre (1 hour) are easy to reach from here. Paola was a very supportive host and went the extra mile to help us with items we forgot at her place. We are grateful for a wonderful stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Viareggio.

This is a home away from home, it has everything you need especially for a family with children. It is walking distance to the beach as well as train station. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs that can accommodate 4 plus a huge bedroom upstairs with a full bathroom. There is also a bathroom downstairs. You do not need a car as everything from supermarket to cafes to restaurants and the beach are a short walk. The host recommended a beach which was perfect for us with kids! Highly recommend this place!

Excellent in every way!

Great location near the Viareggio railway station. Therefore easy to check out the main attractions in Tuscany. We had a short visit, but we still had enough time to visit Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Manarola. Lots of space for our family of four. Stylish apartment with an extra nice yard for meals outdoors. The showers, heaters and beds worked fine. The pick up recycling system was a bit challenging to obey as we only stayed for five days. The host was very friendly and easy to reach by phone. He even let us check in two hours earlier, which we appreciated a lot! Everything worked out fine! I would like to come back again!

A very nice and well appointed apartment!

We were a group of friends and stayed at Paola‘s place for a week. The apartment is perfect for a vacation with friends and family since there is enough space for everyone. We felt very comfortable and the furniture and lovely decoration made it easy to feel at home. My husband speaks italian so it was easy to communicate, Mrs Paola was very nice! But also communication in english was without any problems at all times needed. We reached the beach, shops and restaurants by feet within a few minutes and bought a parking ticket for the whole week at a little newspaper stand - only be careful to read the sign on the street, it might be neccessary to move the car if the street has to be cleaned. It was easy to find a parking spot nearby. We would definitely come back again and can recommend the gorgeous apartment! Thank you Paola!

Grande soggiorno!

Casa molto spaziosa e ben arredata, tutto molto ben organizzato e attrezzata di tutto. A due passi da stazione ferroviaria, servizi commerciali e soprattutto dalla spiaggia. Decisamente un ottimo posto in cui trascorrere qualche giorno di vacanza!
