A 5 min walk to the beach and to the "lungomare" full of restaurants, shopes, icecreams parlors and fun!
Its also a short walk to a beautiful pine forest.
Great location for couples families and friends.
The apartment is on the first floor of a small villa (no lift).
The house is 150 sqm and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer/oven/dishwasher,microwave,Nespresso. The living room has a large flatscreen TV so as the first double bedroom. The other bedrooms also have TVs.
There is a balcony that circles the house, the main bedroom and the living room , having large double doors that open onto the balcony.The kitchen has a balcony too.
Location is great with easy access to the beach and shops/restaurants. There is also a lovely pine forest at walking distance which is great for morning jogs or to take the children.
