Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Parkplätze vor dem Haus bekommt man tagsüber eigentlich immer, abends muss man manchmal etwas suchen. Kleiner Tipp: Wenn man etwas länger da ist (wir waren eine Woche) lohnt sich der Gang zu einem kleinen Kiosk am Park in der Via Antonio Fratti, da gibt es Parkerlaubnisse für z.B. eine Woche. Die Kostet etwa 20 und ist es Wert, da regelmäßig kontrolliert wird. Schräg gegenüber ist ein Pizzalieferservice mit sehr guter Pizza, wenn man in der voll ausgestatteten Wohnung nicht selber kochen möchte :).Insgesamt ist die Wohnung zwar schon etwas älter und hier und da müsste mal eine Kleinigkeit gemacht werden (z.B. Griff an Kommode fehlt) aber sehr großzügig. Die Schlafzimmer haben jeweils eine eigene Klimaanlage. Die Betten sind ok (etwas weich, aber das sind für mich die meisten). Die Wohnung ist ruhig und das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei.Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Viareggio und die Wohnung war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Aktivitäten (Strand, Ausflüge oder einfach Eisessen gehen).

Nell'appartamento non manca nulla, era dotato di tutto dal sale alla pasta alla cartigienica ai prodotti da bagno, erano persino i prodotti antizanzare (per poche piccole zanzare; -)). Balconi da entrambi i lati che permettono un buon ricambio d'aria. Letti comodi, ampio salone. Cucina dotata di tutto l'occorrente (forse manca solo una grattugia per il parmigiano? ) Insomma, ve lo consiglio!

Agréable logement familial

Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé pour famille de 4 et plus (3 chambres avec grands lits doubles - dont une borgne, et une très grande). Accueil sympathique et propriétaire disponible, bien que n'habitant pas Viareggio. Proximité des commerces (supermarchés à 400m), d'un grand parc arboré et du front de mer (500 mètres), ainsi que de la gare (15 minutes à pied). Rue secondaire, mais un peu bruyante, bref, appartement urbain (le silence réel - ou presque - dure de 22h30 à 6 heures). On pardonnera le bruit des scooters à l'excellent pizzaiolo du coin de la rue :) Possibilité de parking gratuit à environ 300 mètres (vers la caserne des Carabinieri, ou sur la Via Aurelia), ou forfait stationnement semaine à 50 EUR (ou 8 EUR/jour). Le parking est un problème dans tout Viareggio, il est payant quasiment partout. L'intérêt touristique de Viareggio est limité, hors balnéaire (pas de vieille ville ni de réel centre), mais des villes intéressantes se trouvent à proximité (Pise et Lucca à moins de 30 minutes de train, Florence à 1h30), et les premiers contreforts des alpes Apuanes sont à 30 minutes de voiture (Casoli et Greppolungo, au-dessus de Camaiore, permettent des randonnées intéressantes à 1000 m d'altitude, avec vue sur la mer et le massif). Au final, le rapport qualité/prix de cet appartement est très bon, on ne peut donc que le conseiller : bonnes vacances !

A wonderful stay at Appartamento Marco Polo

This was the second year that my family returned to stay at Appartamento Marco Polo. We absolutely love staying here. There is everything we need - with a modern kitchen and new bathroom, air conditioning and plenty of room for the whole family (including children and grandparents!). We also love the walk through the Pine Forest (la Pineta) to the beach, and everything is within easy reach by foot - supermarkets, restaurants, shops, beach, station and there's even a new pizza take-away across the road. The owner - Priscilla - is wonderful and very helpful, and we feel very much at home here.

Appartamento stupendo situato in zona strategica ,camere meravigliose, cucina ampia e con tutti i comfort! La ragazza che ci ha accolto è gentilissima e molto disponibile! Negozi, ristoranti e spiaggia a due passi! Lo consiglio per chi volesse passare una bella vacanza rilassante in compagnia anche dell'amico a quattro zampe! Complimenti soprattutto per la pulizia e l'ospitalità!

La casa è posizionata in una posizione strategica! a 15 minuti a piedi dal mare e quindi a 15 minuti a piedi dal famoso lungomare di Viareggio! Vicino casa c'è un parcheggio gratuito!!! L'appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità (asciugamani, stoviglie, sale, caffè, olio etc etc) ed è molto più carino dal vivo che in foto! Priscilla (la proprietaria) è stata davvero gentile, ci ha aspettato nonostante mezz'ora di ritardo rispetto l'orario concordato e ci ha accolto con un pacchetto di "chiacchiere" di carnevale (buone!) Soggiorno perfetto, peccato sia durato così poco!

Très bien

Un grand appartement , nous étions 5 adultes c'était parfait. Mais il y a un lit bébé et la chaise haute. Bien équipé, très bien situé à 300m de 2 supermarchés et sortie facile vers l'autoroute . Excellent point pour visiter la Toscane , ce que nous avons fait.En bas le parking est payant mais la petite astuce, on a acheté dans un kiosque vers la mer ( point presse) un stationnement à 20€/semaine , on peut en acheter pour la journée ou pour 3 jours . Internet parfait , les équipements sont bien. Les points faibles c'est à dire la salle de bain à rafraîchir et les fenêtres sont prévus en travaux , l'appartement va être nickel pour l'année prochaine. Excellent accueil par Priscilla , super contact internet , téléphone et personnel On reviendra avec plaisir

Appartam.molto grande con tutto quello che serve dentro... molto vicino alla spiaggia ,si faceva una bella passeggiata di 12 min.circa a piedi attraversando la freschissima pinetta ed eccoci al mare 😉 !! Le proprietarie molto gentile e disponibili . In casa non mancava assolutamente nulla ( anche il dettersivo per lavatrice c'era ) ...che dire -- da consigliare e da ritornare senz.altro!!

Very spacious apartment. The apartment have everything you need. Good location. The train station 10 minutes on foot. A five minute walk two excellent supermarket. Nearby it is also one of the best gelateria and a children's amusement park. The beach is 15 minutes walk. There are also disadvantages. There is no elevator, and the staircase is narrow and steep. Bathroom in need of repair. Part of the furniture – antiques, but some just old and needs updating. In the bedroom facing the street the windows rattle from any breeze, because of this hard to sleep, to put it mildly. But the owner is very friendly and always ready to help!

Siamo stati lì a fine giugno,e ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene,si arriva alla spiaggia libera attraversando la pinetta in 10-15 min,molto piacevole,parcheggio vicino,molto comodo anche nn a pagamento,supermarket vicino e comodo,la casa grande e biancheria pulita,la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile,ma arredamento vecchio e purtroppo disponibile in tutta la casa solo 1 armadio....gli altri 2 erano chiusi a chiave,sedie e tavolo vecchi,camere da letto grandi e materassi confortevoli ma nessun posto o almeno sedia x appoggiare le cose,camere grandi,da fuori si sentono tutti i rumori specialmente quando si svuotano i cassonetti alle 6 del mattino,all'arrivo si sentiva odore di vecchio e bagno,la cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario(apprezzabile-la più bella di tutta la casa),il bagno piccolo,si dovrebbe migliorare sull'arredamento...Viareggio città sporca,il mare brutto ma i lidi belli,lungomare bello,impressionanti i fiori su tutte le stradine,comoda x muoversi in tutta la Versilia. Siamo appena tornati da questo week end lungo di giugno. Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa. Pulita e con tutti i comfort, non manca praticamente nulla! Proprietari seri, disponibili e premurosi con gli ospiti. Appartamento grande accogliente e non molto distante dal mare, raggiungibile a piedi tranquillamente. Ci torneremo sicuramene. Appartamento comodo, pulito, ampio, fresco e dotato di ogni cosa. Cucina comoda e abitabile, accessoriata così come le restanti stanze. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è molto strategica, dall'uscita del casello autostradale ci vogliono 5 minuti. La distanza dalla spiaggia, consente di fare una passeggiata ed attraversare una bellissima pineta, attrezzata all'inverosimile per i bambini, per cui consigliatissimo per le famiglie. La proprietà è stata cortese e solerte nel rispondere ai quesiti anche durante il soggiorno. Il costo dell'appartamento molto buono, considerando di trovarsi in una delle riviere più costose.

La mia famiglia, composta da due adulti e tre ragazzoni, ha soggiornato per 5 notti in questo ampio appartamento, dotato di 6 comodi posti letto e di tutti i comfort descritti. Alloggio perfettamente pulito ed ordinato, attrezzato anche con generi di primissimo conforto. La proprietà si è dimostrata oltremodo gentile, attendendoci fin quasi nel cuore della notte causa nostro involontario grave ritardo ed interessandosi al prosieguo del nostro soggiorno. La posizione è strategica e tranquilla, a 200 metri dalla pineta e 700 dalla splendida passeggiata. Il parcheggio non è un problema, almeno a maggio.... Oltre che per la visita di Viareggio, l'appartamento ci è servito come punto di partenza per un numero davvero notevole di visite nei dintorni. Consigliatotranquillamente a tutti, unico piccolo neo (ma la colpa è dei nostri tre ragazzi), un solo bagno....

Casa molto grande pulita e accogliente dotata di ogni comfort. Proprietari disponibili: ci hanno fatto trovare un seggiolone da bambini ,marmellate e bagno schiuma al nostro arrivo oltre ad opuscoli su Viareggio. Posizione ottima a dieci minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale e dalle spiagge ,purtroppo quasi tutte private.il parcheggio gratuito è in fondo alla strada e vicini si trovano anche due supermercati.unici nei:una delle camere non è dotata di finestra ma volendo si può dormire nell'ampia sala. I vicini si sono lamentati perché una mattina il mio piccolo cane "mugolava"(mi chiedo come sia possibile)ma questo può capitare in qls condominio...consiglierei questo appartamento a famiglie con figli piccoli,a giovani in vacanza,a gruppi numerosi.il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo
