Beautiful apartment in one of the most beautiful historic buildings of Viareggio overlooking the famous Viareggio promenade full of shops, restaurants and nightlife venues.

In one of the most beautiful historical buildings in Viareggio, 50 metres from the promenade and the sea on the first floor with lift, delightful studio apartment with two bright windows comprising living area with dining table, fully equipped kitchen . the sleeping area is separate dan furniture and has a comfortable double bed. A complete bathroom with shower completes the flat .
