2-bedroom apartment, for 5 guests, in the center of Torre del Lago Puccini about 1.5 km from the sea and close to all services: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, tobacconists, greengrocers and Coop supermarket. Managed by BelcantoVillas.
The apartment is equipped with Air conditioning and Two sun umbrellas for enjoying the sea and the public beach.
Two bicycles are available free of charge for guests to explore the city and reach the beach (requiring a security deposit of €50.00 each in cash).
If you need more bikes, you can rent them conveniently in the shop 50 meters away.
A cot can be provided upon request (at an additional cost of € 50,00 per stay) to be requested well in advance.
On the sidewalk you find a pedestrian gate that leads to a pleasant flowery courtyard, shared with two other houses (of the Owners of this apartment).
In this common area we find the bicycle parking, the sink and the washing machine in common use.
The flowery path leads to a staircase of 18 steps that leads to the first floor where the apartment with two balconies is located, which is all on one floor.

At guests' disposal there are two bicycles that can be used free of charge, only in case of theft a refund of 50 € is required. Padlocks to close them are included.

The condo entrance pathway is excellently decorated with flowers and plants.
Here you can also find the washing machine and the bike parking.
On the first floor, with privacy, the small balcony and the large French window allow pleasant al fresco dinners with the table set between the balcony and the living room.
Accommodation very close to all amenities: tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, newsagents, greengrocers, small stores, Coop supermarket, launderette, laundry / ironing room, pharmacy, bank, post office ...
Bus stop right in front of the house (also for Viareggio with night service to the discos).

The beach and the equipped bathing establishments (umbrellas, deck chairs, cabins, restaurants, swimming pools) and the Migliarino San Rossore Park (free beach accessible to animals) are about 1.500m away. and are easily reachable on foot or by bicycle with a cycle path along the pine forest.

Just 2 km. far there is the lake of Massaciuccoli (Lipu oasis where you can take pleasant boat trips), the famous open-air theater named after Giacomo Puccini, and the house museum where the Maestro wrote some of his most famous operas.
Torre del Lago is 10 km away. from Forte dei Marmi, 18 km. from Pisa (airport and Piazza dei Miracoli), 25 km. from Lucca and 90 Km. from Florence.
There are so many things to visit!
In July and August there is the Puccini Festival: you can attend the performances of Puccini's famous operas at the open-air theater on the lake.

The 5 guests have at their disposal a large living room with kitchenette that overlooks the balcony with a large French window, a table for 6, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 sleeps (width 160cm.) and a smart TV.
The kitchen equipment is complete: fridge, freezer, 4 burners, dishwasher, dishes, pots. The washing machine is on the ground floor shared with another rented apartment.
Beyond the corridor, in the sleeping area, there is a large double bedroom with big wardrobe, a bathroom with window and shower (sink, toilet, bidet) and a second bedroom with a single bed.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, and in the warmer season guests also have access to a fan.
A cot can be provided upon request (at an additional cost of 50 euros per stay).

Our opinion:
Very comfortable accommodation, close to restaurants, beach and family activities. The house is on the main street of the village, every purchase is close at hand.
You will like it for: the brightness, the furniture, the comfort of the beds and sofa bed.
