This beautifully decorated 95m² apartment offers a prime location, close to top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The building faces the river, so you can easily enjoy walks in an idyllic setting that will make you forget you're in the city center.

It is located on the 3rd floor and has elevator access.

The living room is designed for relaxation. It has a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for all your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony, where outdoor seating provides a perfect spot to enjoy fresh air.

The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a tasty meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and ample wardrobe space, and the beds are outfitted with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring everything you need for a refreshing experience.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Viana do Castelo, located in northern Portugal, is a charming coastal city known for its stunning architecture, rich cultural heritage, and beautiful natural surroundings. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Lima River, it offers a perfect blend of history, nature, and leisure activities, making it an ideal destination for tourists.

One of the city’s most iconic attractions is the Sanctuary of Santa Luzia, perched atop a hill with panoramic views over Viana do Castelo and the coastline.

The Praça da República in the city center is another must-see. It’s home to the beautiful Renaissance-style Chafariz Fountain, the Antigos Paços do Concelho (former town hall), and the Museu do Traje, where you can explore traditional Portuguese costumes.

Nature enthusiasts can explore the surrounding green landscapes, particularly the Serra d’Arga mountains, known for their picturesque hiking trails and traditional villages.

Porto, the country’s second-largest city and a UNESCO World Heritage site, is just over an hour’s drive away. Porto is famous for its historical landmarks like the Ribeira district, the Dom Luís I Bridge, and its world-renowned port wine cellars.

Whether you’re looking for history, culture, or scenic beauty, Viana do Castelo serves as an excellent destination and gateway to northern Portugal’s treasures.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.
The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 40-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
