La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Valladolid y en una zona estupenda para disfrutar de la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable, cercano y simpático, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Como pequeño punto a mejorar, la insonorización de las habitaciones, ya que se oye algo de ruido. En general, una estancia muy agradable, con una excelente ubicación y una gran relación calidad-precio. Sin duda, volvería a repetir. ¡Muy recomendable!"

"I booked based on price and Expedia guest reviews. Upon arrival I looked at Google Maps to see check-in time since I was early, but when I saw VERY negative guest reviews there I was very concerned and had I seen them I would not have booked here. With apprehension I entered and requested early check-in. I was greeted and my request accommodated. There was strong chemical odor that dissipated after opening my windows, but other than that the room was clean and very nice. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. No English at all, but I'm in Spain so IMHO the language issue is on me. Great location. I extended 2 additional days. Great value. Will stay again. "
