The staff was the most welcoming in our entire trip!!! We ended up staying the night in Pisa, amd needed a room last minute. The staff were super helpful and they were very accommodating to my family. Walking distance to the Cathedral.

This hotel has the best bedrooms I’ve ever stayed in a hotel. They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc.
The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value.
Could not fault the place.
