Das Haus war gut: geräumig, ordentlich. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Du bist nicht privat. Das Haus wird mit dem Wohnbereich der Eigentümer geteilt, aber wenn Sie draußen am Tisch oder im Pool sitzen und die Eigentümer in ihren Teil des Gartens wollen, müssen sie an Ihnen vorbei. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen: Das nächste Dorf, in dem Sie essen oder einkaufen können, ist 20 Autominuten entfernt. Um zum Haus zu gelangen, sollten Sie sich nicht scheuen, auf einer sehr schmalen Straße steil bergauf zu fahren, inklusive 90-Grad-Kurven. Sicherlich nicht unüberwindbar, aber es kann Ihre Entscheidung, erneut zu buchen, beeinflussen.

Komplett anderes wie beschrieben, Heizung funktioniert nicht und das mit Kleinkind, für warm Wasser 5 Minuten den Wasserhahn laufen lassen. Weitere Urlauber in dem Mietobjekt mit Hund. Einfahrt zu dem Grundstück sehr steil und abgelegenen. Etc Um

Also, die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Natürlich sehr ruhig und sehr erholsam. Super nette Gastgeber. Das Haus bietet ungewöhnlich viel Raum und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In punkto Sauberkeit und Hygiene gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Um voll auf seine Kosten zu kommen und das alles zu nutzen, sollte man als Reisezeit das späte Frühjahr oder den Spätsommer wählen, dann hat man den vollen Spaß, auch im Außenbereich und der näheren Umgebung. Bei der Planung für Wanderung und Radtour sollte man im Vorfeld etwas Zeit investieren, da die Unterkunft doch etwas dezentral liegt. Wenn man dies berücksichtigt, so hat man dort sehr viel Spaß und wie bereits erwähnt absolute Ruhe. Immer wieder gerne!!!

Nice house up in the hills of Liguria for 6 persons. From the garden you have a panorama sea&hills view. Wonderful gardens, for anyone who loves a natural feel. The outdoor facilities (garden, pool) are theoretically shared but in practice it feels like the domain is yours. The retired owners are so lovely, friendly and discrete, and gave the stay something of a home away from home feel. It helps, that the gardens are so vast, so making noise and drinking won`t disturbe anyone, we found out. They owners have 2 very sleepy cats that love all the attention the can get. The blind and deaf dog gets a walk each day being guided by a stick. At night is is quiet and cool and you can hear the owls. The pool is nice, but we went to the sea, which is a 15-20 minutes drive depending on where you go. As it turns out, Varigotti has a really nice beach club called Conchiliglia d`Oro where we had lots of Spumante and the beach is pretty. In the summer it is recommended to go to the beach after 17.00 because of parking. All in all, perfect for people that want the quiet authenticity and love the beach.

Das Haus ist von einen wunderschönen blühenden Garten umgeben mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, bis auf den Schneebesen, den wir vermisst haben :-) und das ganze Haus ausgesprochen sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

In de 30jaar dat we her en der in Europa een huisje huurde hebben we nergens deze discretie maar tegelijkertijd de ongelofelijke gastvrijheid ervaren! Deze mensen zijn werkelijk engelen en als Belvilla ooit een prijs uitreikt voor de beste eigenaars dan staan zij eenzaam aan de top!. Het weggetje naar het huis is inderdaad erg steil maar dit went en wordt ruimschoots goedgemaakt door bovenstaande. Opgelet voor everzwijnen op de weg indien je 's nachts onderweg bent in deze buurt. Het huis is erg proper, de rust en uitzicht zijn top.

Im Inserat ist die Anreise nicht richtig beschrieben, fährt man mit Hilfe von Google Maps wird man unter Umständen über 1.5 Kilometer über eine Naturstrasse geführt, die einem Bachbett gleicht und eine arge Belastung für ein stark beladenes Fahrzeug darstellt. Die Anreise sollte unbedingt über die Naturstrasse zwischen San Giorgio und San Felippe erfolgen. Dann geht es nur 300 Meter über eine unbefestigte Strasse. Gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht für jedes Fahrzeug und jeden Fahrer bewältigbar, ist sicher auch das letzte Stück Weg: Sehr steil und schmal. Unser vollbeladener Kombi mit Automatik-Getriebe hat es knapp geschafft. Für die Anreise empfiehlt es sich, die Autobahnausfahrt Noli/Spotorno zu nehmen und dann oben am Berg Richtung Vezzi Portio zu fahren. Das ist die best ausgebaute Strasse. Wer die Anreise nicht scheut, wird man mit absoluter Ruhe, einem wunderschönen Garten, tollen, praktisch unbefahrenen Wegen durch die Macchia und ausgesprochen sympathischen und liebenswerten Vermietern entschädigt. Wir und unser grosser Hund haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können die Wohnung allen empfehlen, die Lust auf Natur und Abgeschiedenheit haben.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem Haus oberhalb des malerischen Ortes Vezzi-San Giorgio in einem großen Garten mit Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge bis zum Mittelmeer. Im Haus wohnen auch die Vermieter und es gibt ein weiteres Zimmer, das ab und zu vermietet wird; jeder Wohnung ist ein eigener Gartenteil zugeordnet. Vom Haus sind viele Mountainbike-Routen und einige Wanderwege direkt zu erreichen. Wir haben das Haus wegen der Ruhe und der idyllischen Lage schon mehr als fünfmal gemietet.

The house was very appropriate for 6 persons. Inside and outside there was enough space. It was quiet; sitting in the garden between the beautiful roses was relaxing. The views were amazing. We really want to go back to the house and the lovely owners Natale and Elsa. Ci vediamo!

Zur Ankunft wurden wir mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen begruesst. Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Dass Haus ist sehr schoen und die Umgebung traumhaft. Wir waren mit drei Kindern und Hund dort und sowohl fuer Familien mit Kindern als auch fuer Hundebesitzer kann ich es 100% empfehlen.

Wir hatten - trotz des schlechten Wetters - eine tolle Woche in Il Nido de Gufo. Die Wohnung war sauber, super ausgestattet und gemütlich. Der Garten war wunderbar - vor allem für unseren Hund, der sich ordentlich austoben konnte... Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!
