"We stayed here for one night with breakfast. Sitting in the evening outside with candlelight, listen to the frogs in the water bassin, hear the owls in the trees around the park. We spent a beautiful night there. Comfortable rooms, lovely decorated. Beautiful park, arranged with a lot of old and tall trees. Adele told us a lot about the house's and the family's history, made a great brekfast at the terrace and gave us the feeling of coming home. The villa is a 100% proposal for those who love...

"Devo ammettere che non avevo la minima idea dell'esistenza di Gombola, un luogo magico, quasi mistico. Ho trascorso un weekend all'insegna della natura e della tranquillità più assoluta. L'ostello è pulitissimo e l'accoglienza è stata ottima. Ritornerò sicuramente, magari questa estate sperando di poter assistere anche agli spettacoli del gruppo teatrale che ha in gestione l'ostello. "The hotel was exceptional, with high quality finishes, bed linen etc. Excellent breakfast. They kindly upgraded our room. Approx 10 -15 min walk into centre. Local area not great. Good secure parking inside grounds and underground. Nice grounds but be prepared with insect repellent. Could be utilised more and maybe add jacuzzi or similar. Would recommend."
