We like the location and there is a supermarket nearby. We enjoy the scenic walk to Annecy, it is about 3 to 4 miles. Will consider staying in this property again.

Overordnet var det et dejligt ophold. Vi ankom klokken 17 og havde glædet os til at spise vores aftensmad på altanen og i det hele taget komme på plads i lejligheden. Men så viste det sig at vi havde fået en forkert kode til nøgleboksen. Det bevirkede at vi vi var nødt til at finde et sted at komme på toilettet og få noget aftensmad. Det gav en dårlig start på ferien. Men beliggenheden var så smuk. Så alt i alt var det godt.

Lac d'Annecy

Notre séjour d'une semaine à Veyrier du lac ,à 5 kilomètres d'Annecy. Appartement superbement rénové dans une ancienne maison. Tout est bien pensé l'espace est optimisé. L'emplacement est calme ,dans la verdure avec vue plus que sympa sur le lac. Une place de parking numérotée et la possibilité de placer nos vélos dans un espace fermé....Le TOP! La plage du Plan et celle de La Brune sont juste à coté. Randonnées en montagne (Pour les plans.... Office de tourisme à 15 minutes à pied ) Le tour du lac à vélo sur piste verte ,visite de la vieille ville d'Annecy et découverte des environs...Le Grand Bornand et autre. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Magnifique séjour en bord de Lac d’Annecy

En plus d’être bien situé, très proche d’Annecy, l’appartement est meublé avec goût et très bien équipé ! Étant en vacances avec notre bébé d’un an, nous avons souvent mangé à l’appartement le soir. Mais la vue sur le lac et le coucher de soleil depuis le balcon nous a donné l’impression d’être à la table VIP d’un restaurant tous les soirs !!! Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et les informations fournies super précises ! Seul bémol : absence des vélos qui étaient promis dans l’annonce. Séjour 5 étoiles ! Pour la région et pour le logement !

Quelle vue !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Florian est très gentil et réactif en cas de petit souci ou question, il a répondu présent lorsque nous avons eu besoin de le joindre. L’appartement est très joli, bien agencé et très bien situé, la vue depuis le balcon... Magique ! Attention si vous avez une grosse voiture, le parking est petit et les places étroites mais au moins, il y a une place :-)

Petite pépite avec vue sur lac, idéal lieu de villégiature !

Très bel emplacement pour sillonner et découvrir la région, activités diverses et variées à proximité ; appartement cosy, de bon goût, très confortable avec une vue superbe sur le lac. Seul petit bémol, le parking trop petit et difficilement manœuvrable !Venir avec 1 fiat 500 plutôt qu’1 Kadjar ! A part ça, vacances géniales ! On recommande !

Perfect view of lac Annecy

This small apt is perfect for two to enjoy the area and have access to both the city and smaller communities around the Lac... comfortable with enough amenities to settle in. Only negative was there are lots of young people in bldg that come and go at odd hours that you hear if your a light sleeper. Bikes were perfect for a stroll around the area or into the city. Absolutely beautiful area, breathtaking views around every tuen, would come back again one day!

L’appartement est parfaitement rénové Très propre et l’accueil parfait L’endroit est idéal pour visiter Annecy (accessible à pied : 1 heure de marche) et ses environs Petit plus : les 2 vélos et le paddle J’ai enlevé 1 étoile pour le parking un peu étroit mais les autres locataires ont été accommodants et tout s’est bien passé malgré mon véhicule un peu grand

Appartement au bord du lac

Appartement très propre, bien situé au bord du lac d’Annecy ! Vue très agréable sur le lac, le prêt de vélo est un plus pour se rendre à Annecy centre , une très belle balade. Je recommande cet appartement nous y avons passé un excellent séjour
