"Amazing stay. The room we were given was very nice and we had our own private rooftop balcony area that is bigger than the regular balconies shown in pictures. Spa access provided which was nice and the location is good with a good view. Only issue is that shower is very low down and we struggled. I am 5’5 and had to lean over a bit. My boyfriend is over 6ft so was harder for him. Also food we ordered was small portion sizes, not much to the meals so wouldn’t recommend paying fot if it’s your...

"Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. "This hotel was absolutely lovely! Our room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower with good water pressure. The jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing. The concierge Francois was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. Five stars! "

"Very nice hotel, close to the casino and train station. Very nice

(1st floor) for swimming a bit, warm water level. The spa (floor -1) is even nicer but just too busy, especially on weekends. That ruins a bit the potentially great experience, maybe providing prebooked entry slots would help. The breakfast is nice too, just also too crowded on weekends. I had to wait for 10 mins before even getting a table on Sunday. The new cosy rooms are nice and modern, maybe you can hear a bit too much...

"The hotel is not 4 star by any standard it is falling apart the toilets smell of urine I was locked in to one for 30 minutes with a broken door handle , decoration from the 1980’s , crumbling paintwork , rusty gym equipment and an overpacked
