For shared use: natural state property. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). 200 m footpath to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at 200 m. Shop 250 m, supermarket 150 m, bus stop "Sporting" 1.4 km, railway station "Sion" 18 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Ski lift 100 m, slopes 10 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Imalp SA in Les Collons.
"Genepi", 5-room terraced house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, international TV channels and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 small room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Oil heating. Parquet floors. Balcony, terrace. Panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. The chalet is on the ski slope of Trabanta. A bob is made available for luggage transport.

De bekleding van de bank/sofa laat los , overal flarden van de bank in de kamer. Kleine kinderen stoppen het in de mond, erg rommelig. Slaapkamer beneden spinrag aan de zolder, onder de bedden en bovenop de kast erg stoffig. Geen borrelglaasjes aanwezig.

Das Haus liegt für Skifahrer, die morgens direkt los wollen perfekt und hat eine wundervolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Jedoch lässt die Einrichtung zu wünschen übrig. Abgewetzte Sofas, verschimmelte Badezimmerdecken und ein nur halb funktionierender Kühlschrank. Die Stühle am Esstisch haben ihre besten Tage längst hinter sich und für einen schönen Urlaub ist es dringend an der Zeit neue Möbel anzuschaffen!!! Das Haus ist für 8 Personen ausgelegt, Wohn- und Esszimmer für 7 Pers. aber viel zu klein
