He helped bring our luggages to our room, booked dinner reservations and even dropped of a bottle of their wine to our room. The property was very clean and the breakfast had a very good spread. "This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! "

"No towels, no toiler paper, insdequate bed linens( we were cold and not enough blankets. Parking as very far from the rental. It did appear clean and the staff were nice and helpful. It was inexpensive. But I would not recommend it."
