"The room was clean and very comfortable. While the breakfast was good, the only feedback would be on how the counter was set up. The most popular item - the waffle maker was located almost in a corner next to the juice machine and beside a coffee machine. It was VERY congested and resulted in some frustrated individuals. Perhaps that popular breakfast item could be located away from the rest of the items available."

"My wife and I were looking for a quiet, peaceful place to spend a few days before she undergoes a major medical procedure and boy did we hit a grand slam with this log cabin. The place is beautiful in every way. The house itself is as quaint as could be yet is fully appointed with all modern conveniences. This is not your average "cabin in the woods". The wifi was solid and the kitchen has everything you could need to cook. The heat worked perfectly, so well that we never needed to fire up the woodstove. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, and there was plenty of hot water to fill it. The bed in the downstairs bedroom could not have been more comfortable. It's just an awesome accommodation.The area is very country...the town almost like a little Mayberry RFD in central NY. The views are spectacular, especially at this time of year with the leaves changing. Just driving the area is relaxing. There is not much in the way of shopping, so come to the cabin prepared with stuff you'll need. There is a Dollar General and a Stewarts just as you get off the highway, but that's about it...not a Walmart to be found, and that's very OK!Lastly, Peter and Bernadette, the hosts, are awesome. Great communication, lots of suggestions, and when we had a question, we heard back from them in no time flat. They also extended a very sweet consideration to us given our situation. Thanks so much folks...we will be back in the spring when she is ready to travel again!"

"Dancing Horse Farm is a beautiful place surrounded by gorgeous mountains and breathtaking scenery The pictures just give you a hint of the amazing beauty of this property The interior of the home is clean , spacious, equipped with every modern convenience The rooms are comfortable Each with its own unique design and quality The bathrooms are sanitary and bright Every where you look you can see the owner Greg has put his heart into the care of this house He has thought of every detail Your every need is met staying at this property The grounds offer opportunities for hiking , serene walks and deep relaxation The added touch is the barn with its three adorable goats A big attraction for younger children The area Windham offers restaurants, breweries, shops, markets a great fun location The house , the location, the owner Greg all are outstanding I can go on and onOur family fell in love with it all and will make Dancing Horse Farm our annual tradition"

The staff we're just the beginning of the welcome If you're lucky, don't let you stay there, wonderful, wonderful people.
