"I was disappointed that staff made me feel like I was an imposition, particularly Uta Tobisch. The other staff made some effort but a far cry from other areas across Europe that I’ve visited. I stayed for two weeks for a figure skating competition and my room was far from the main restaurant, cleaned only every other day, and I constantly had to request more toilet paper. Utilities and room are adequate. "

"Die NAchtischlampe hatte weder einen Bändel zum an /aus machen noch einen Knopf! Die Deckenleuchte war minimal schwach und der Innenteil, loser Deckel in der Lampe, verrutscht. Dann begann die Birne zu flackern und dunkel war´s! Gottseidank bin ich geschickt und schraubte die Birne aus der Nachtischlampe raus und in die Deckenleuchte ein. Die Toilettenbürste konnte nur benutzt wereden wenn man mit den Fingern den Innenteil der Halterung von der Bürste schob!! Das Bett war gut, wenn auch die...

"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. All this with ski passes that are 1/3 the cost of skiiing at US resorts. Also, amazing food. All in all, we...

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
