mooi weekend

Snelle reactie van de eigenaar, prettig omdat wij op korte termijn gereserveerd hebben. Ruime vakantiewoning zoals beschreven, schoon en goed uitgerust. Inrichting en meubilair wel gedateerd (vooral matrassen). Rustige landelijke locatie. Op 150m bevind zich het restaurant van de golfclub met mooi terras (waar onze hond welkom was).

Abschalten in schöner Umgebung

Es war eine sehr schöne Lage der Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Hier und da könnten ein paar neue Möbel angeschafft werden (KĂŒche). Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Rustig landelijk verblijf

Rustig, landelijk, eenvoudig. Ok voor 4 personen, ook een relax verblijf met je gezinshond is mogelijk. Vriendelijke en beschikbare host, leuk priveplekje aan een meer in de buurt, bosrijke omgeving, goed gelegen t.o.v. een aantal interessante natuur- en cultuurhistorische locaties in de omgeving van het Teutoburgerwoud, met kuuroorden, musea, wandel- en fietsroutes. Ook nabij: golfterrein en eetgelegenheid. Om de hond mee te laten zwemmen moet je in deze regio wat pragmatisch of vindingrijk zijn.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed the home in Versmold. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children enjoyed the farm atmosphere and we enjoyed the peace and tranquillity. The owner was very helpful and extremely friendly. We would recommend this home and would stay again.

sehr nette Unterkunft

Das FerienhĂ€uschen ist funktional eingerichtet; die GerĂ€te sind teilweise etwas Ă€lter, aber top gepflegt. Eigene Zufahrt, sehr ruhige Lage - man hört nichts. Mit dem Auto ist man trotzdem schnell in Versmold oder Sassenberg; mit dem Fahrrad wĂ€re es fĂŒr halbwegs fitte Radler sicher auch nicht zu weit. Das obere Geschoß ist gerĂ€umiger als das untere und bietet zwei abgetrennte SchlafrĂ€ume und einen Durchgangsraum mit zwei weiteren Betten. Nur die Couch war fĂŒr meinen vorgeschĂ€digten RĂŒcken nicht so geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein Zugang zum See wĂ€re fĂŒr uns möglich gewesen, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Die Hofkatzen schauen abends auch gerne vorbei (bleiben aber draußen - ich als Allergiker hatte keinerlei Probleme) . WLAN funktioniert auch prima. Vielen Dank fĂŒr eine sehr angenehme Woche.

Moin, wir hatten nen richtig gutes We, das PrachtstĂŒck ist der eigene Seezugang. Ansonsten eine GemĂŒtliche, nicht zu schicke, Wohnung mit eigener Wiese/ Garten sowie Grill und Feuermöglichkeit.

Comfortable and quiet holiday home

We travelled to Germany to escape the annual Dutch fireworks craze and are happy with our decision to rent this holiday home. It is well-insulated with good heating, so perfect for a winter stay. The stone floors are a bit chilly though, so slippers are recommended. Very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The owner is kind and helpful, and the surroundings are quiet. If you like golf, this is the place to be because there's a golf club only a few hundreds of meters away.

Schöne Tage in Versmold...

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das kleine HÀuschen liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Alles da, was man braucht. Vermieter freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. UneingeschrÀnkt zu empfehlen.

Nette Ferienwohnung ĂŒber zwei Etagen. sehr ruhige Lage!

Wir hatten mit 7 Personen und einem Hund ein rundum schönes Wochenende. Die Wohnung liegt auf der RĂŒckseite des Wohnhauses der Vermieter und hat einen ausreichend großes Garten. Da wir mit 7 Erwachsenen Personen angereist sind, wurde uns direkt ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Grill und gleichzeitig auch eine Feuerschale fĂŒr den romantischen Abend zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Mit 7 Personen ist es allerdings zum schlafen sehr eng in der Wohnung. Aber ausreichend. Wir haben ja auch kein Hotel erwartet! In einem 2er Zimmer wurde ein drittes Bett dazu gestellt. Ein 2er Zimmer ist eine Durchgangszimmer zwischen Bad und den anderen beiden Schlafzimmern. Aber auch das war kein Problem. Die KĂŒche ist gut sortiert und bietet alles, was man benötigt. TV lĂ€uft. Internet vorhanden. Außenbestuhlung usw. auch in Ordnung. In der NĂ€he (800m) ist ein Privatsee, auf welchem uns die Nutzung zugesagt wurde. DER HAMMER. Ein schöner ruhiger Badesee mit Steg zum ins Wasser springen. Hunde sind hier am See leider ungerne gesehen. Wer schwimmen gehen möchte unter Aufsicht der Lebensrettung konnte dies 200 Meter weiter an einem weiteren See. Rundum eine schöne ruhige Wohnung mit Blick auf Felder. Nette Vermieter! Das Titelbild der Anzeige zeigt allerdings das Wohnhaus der Vermieter von vorne. Also keine "lichtdurchflutete" Bauernwohnung erwarten...
