Welcome to our house "La Longère" ! Come and enjoy the peace of the countryside, just 15 minutes from Amiens. The house is new, comfortable, and perfect for a great time with family or friends.

It offers 3 double bedrooms, one room with two single beds, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with garden view, two bathrooms, and a secure garage.

Located in the Vallée de la Selle, close to the Coulée Verte and a playground just across the street.

The Space:
This new 2024 house is located in the heart of the Vallée de la Selle, just 15 minutes from Amiens and 50 minutes from the Picardy coast.

It features 3 bright bedrooms (2 with a TV), one bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room under the roof beams, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area, an indoor balcony, and a small desk.

The garage is secure and equipped with an electric vehicle charging outlet. The setting is very peaceful.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house.

The Neighborhood:
The accommodation is located in a quiet, green neighborhood, ideal for families. Right across the street, a large playground offers a safe space for children with a slide, a playhouse, sports fields, and a grassy area to run and play. You can also enjoy walks along the nearby Coulée Verte trail.

Getting Around:
The accommodation is located in the Vallée de la Selle, a calm and natural setting. Just 15 minutes from Amiens, you are close to the city while enjoying the countryside. The Coulée Verte, only 5 minutes away, is perfect for walking or cycling. The Picardy coast, including Saint-Valery and Le Crotoy, is accessible within 50 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
A valid ID (identity card or passport) will be required to finalize the booking. Your data can be deleted at the end of your stay upon your simple request.

Your bank details will be requested after booking via a secure form in order to take a bank imprint (no debit will be made).

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request, depending on availability, and subject to an additional fee of €40.

The accommodation is not officially wheelchair accessible, but some doors (bathroom and downstairs toilet) are 1 meter wide. Access from the courtyard is easy for a wheelchair, with no steps and only a small threshold to cross.
