- A stay at “Alla corte di Tebaldo” guarantees guests a one-of-a-kind experience, immersed in the atmosphere of an 18th-century villa founded by the ancient Lavagnoli family of Saxon origin—whose progenitor was Count Tebaldo, a noble commander in the service of King Otto IV. The villa bears witness to the visits of Napoleon Bonaparte and the famous sculptor Antonio Canova. As you enter through the large iron gate, you’ll be greeted by the statues of Count Tebaldo and his wife Maria Jandepergis with their young son Giovanni. Surrounded by the lush greenery of the large park, featuring magnolias and centuries-old poplars, time will seem to stand still. The Puccini Room, located on the mezzanine level, is ready to welcome you with every comfort, offering tranquility and peace in an oasis of well-being and contemplation.
