8/10 Very good! (2,568 reviews)
Overwhelmed with disappointment. Given the price point I believed this to be not less than a three star and likely a four star property. Initial room was quite small. Floor had large bump next to bed over which I tripped. Black mold in the shower. No guest information in the room. Front desk not in any sort of uniform, so I wasn’t sure who actually worked at the property. Manager did move me from north building to south building on the second morning. The room was better and had a small kitchen. But again, mold in the shower, and generally run down. The ‘balconies’ were not operable. This property is a pass for sure.

Hotel was fine. A bit tired, but nothing unacceptable. Rooms very poorly lit :-( Staff very nice and bar area quite pleasant.

7.4/10 Good! (9,585 reviews)
"Good location, although "Times Square" is a bit optimistic. It is at 53rd street. It is a large hotel with a few subway lines stopping right at the hotel. There is a $40 per day destination fee. Wifi was not great for me. There is an odd, but efficient elevator system, select your room from a keypad ..."
