"Property was as described in pictures. We had a bit of trouble with some lights and appliances not working due to a breaker, but property mgt came first thing in the morning to correct. All bedrooms upstairs and they were quite hot and had to buy box fans. Although it was not a huge deal, I think the home owner should probably supply them in the summer months because it just doesn't get cool up there. That is just a recommendation. Other than that, property was clean and we enjoyed our stay."

"My family and I absolutely loved our stay! It is a simple but very cozy house. Everything was extremely clean, organized and air-conditioned. The place comfortably accommodated my entire family. The owner kept in active contact with me, responded quickly, and was very kind. The house is 15 minutes from Noah's Ark."

Instructions were clear and expectations were met. We appreciated the space to spread out and the king sized beds! Kitchen was nice and made cooking super simple. Would highly recommend!"

"This property was decorated nicely, was fresh and clean. We had 5 adults and 4 children ages 10-14. The house really wasn't big enough for all of us to sleep but we made it work. We took advantage of the comfortable sofas. I will say though that the children had a blast in the game room! It was a little loud since there wasn't a door blocking the game room from the upstairs living quarters but it was great seeing everyone have a good time. The property manager was great. "The place was clean and comfortable. And the location was absolutely great. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and we even walked across the Roebling Bridge to get to downtown Cincy. We could've used a couple more bed sheets. My brother took the pullout couch and they're weren't many options for covering up at night, but he said he slept okay. Overall, it was a night place."
