"This was my first time glamping and that experience was absolutely amazing. I love the space inside and the fact it was air conditioned. Th outside appearance is what got me, looking like house tent. I did not mind the beautiful bathhouse which a short walk from my tent. The bathhouse was great, clean and had the essentials for bathing. I will definitely revisit this establishment again."

"We stayed one night while visiting The Ark Encounter. What an amazing tent/cabin! We absolutely loved it and wished we were staying the whole weekend. The air conditioning kept up wonderfully for it was very hot day. I loved the "tent" aspect of hearing the chirping at night, but being comfortable in a bed with air. "Natalie and Mel were amazing; their amazing customer service is the reason I rated my overall experience 4 stars 🌟. They were so warm and approachable, even that Asian gentleman i saw in the evening. Thank you all for your hospitality. As for the management of the hotel, please do better and hire more cleaning staff. My room was not clean well upon arrival and during the day the lobby of the hotel had an overflow of trash in the can."
