  • 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom & 2 half bathroom beachside pool home located on a peaceful block in South Beach with only 12 homes on one side of street only-making it a super secluded neighborhood.
    A short walk (2 MINUTES) along the road to private deeded beach access. Cross the sand dune and smell the sea. It is not uncommon to have the entire beach to yourself.
    The space:
    3 bedroom 2 full and 2 half bath home- All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and each has its own walk-in closet.

    Master bedroom: King Bed, large bathroom and massive walk-in closet en suite. Balcony off of the master bedroom with 2 rocking chairs - listen to the waves!
    65" Smart TV in Master

    2nd Room: Queen size bed, walk-in closet and 43" Smart TV

    3rd Room: (2) Queen size beds, walk-in closet and 65" Smart TV. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.
