Please note there is a Marriott Resort fee of 150 per group (up to 4 people) for an identification card that gets you into the amenities, similar to a hotel guest card that opens doors, and access to golf and tennis. The resort collects that fee when you go to pick up the identification card. The amenities include three different pools, fitness center, golf, pickleball and tennis. Green/cart fees for golf are 75 for eighteen holes, and 55 for nine. This is one of only a hand full of condos that provides this access -- you get the access rights of the Marriott guests with much larger oceanfront accommodations plus a balcony!
