"I liked the property its calm and quite and its close to a lot of places to get a quick bite. Its very clean and spacious and they give you all that you need in a kitchen. "
"Bed sheets and pillows were dirty from prior user. Towels were mix matched and rest on the toilet seat insted of on a rack. Room had a dirty stench. Bed spread had holes and drapers were poorly hung. Roof was covered with a black plastic tarp. The entire hotel was a wreck and needs to condemed until renovated. "
"The location is perfect. A lot of store’s nearby that doesn’t require you to drive. My room was very nice and neat. The amenities are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. Will be returning again !"

"South Alex is an AMAZING complex. Beautiful with plenty of shops and foon nearby with Walmart right across the street and Aldi on the first floor as soon as you get off the elevator. National Harbor is right across the bridge about 6-7 minutes and downtown DC is about a 20 minute drive with traffic. The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing. Plenty of closet space with a full size washer and dryer. Ice maker on the fridge, nice view from the balcony and private parking available was also a plus. I will definitely be staying here again. The communication with the host does need to be better especially prior to your stay. But overall I was please and glad I made this choice."

"The owner was able to accommodate my request of having a gathering of friends on the holiday weekend. Communication was good as he was accessible. Basement not included so be mindful for complete privacy you’ll have to pay more. The cost to host was also additional but understandable as most properties wouldnt allow parties of any sort.Very spacious and clean, would stay again "
