"The hosts were super friendly and offered to extend dinner time in their restaurant when I arrived late. Also gave indications of how to move around. The hotel is 20 mins walk to Montepulciano and 25 mins walk from the bus station. It has a great pool and Spa that can be used by paying an extra fee. The rooms were ok, not super spacious, but had a small fridge and balcony."

Swimming pool is great, but about a 5 minute drive away. "

"Great rest stop on our way to Rome. There is no direct access to the lake (it's about a 2 km walk/drive from the hotel), but the hotel is clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of pastries, and two very excellent coffee/cappuccino machines. Overall, a great place to rest, in a quiet, peaceful area."
