"The house was amazing. Very spacious lots of room. Kids enjoyed the big rooms & bed. The pool table was fun. The locations was great & quiet. The second floor balcony with hot tub. Only small issues were spiders in bathrooms showers. I’m afraid of them lol. other than that we ’d definitely book again. A must stay 10/10"

"Great location on Lake Douglas. The cove was quiet and the water was deep enough to swim. Rented a boat from H2O watersports across the cove and they were great. Host was quick to communicate. Bring some rafts, paddleboards, wood and roasting sticks. Great set up!!!"

"We came with 2 of our children. The views were amazing. The house was beautiful inside and out. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was there was not much seating inside the house and only a picnic table on the deck for seating out there and now where to put your clothes had to live out of our suitcase for 8 days otherwise the place was great. Warning the beach area is close to a mile walk from the cabin and very hilly"

"House was in a great location. The view was beautiful and the kids enjoyed jumping off the dock. Did wish there was a latter to climb back up the dock. The deck is amazing. Love that it is mostly covered with nice fans. We loved the hammock under the covered area outside. They have a couple kayaks and that was wonderful. We got to see a bear swim across to the island and back to the woods by the house. That was amazing! All in all a wonderful place to enjoy a wonderful vacation with the family."

"Excellent Property! This is the 6th year we have hosted our kids, their spouses, and grandchildren from 2 to 6 years at this VRBO rental. The owner and staff are available, prompt, and take action when needed. For us, it is the ideal setting. Complete privacy, beautiful surroundings, private little beach, boat dock for overnight rentals, spacious back patio, and big back porch with view of the lake. House is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Have already inquired about the summer of 2027 for our return. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!"

"What a great place to stay if you want to be in the pigeon forge/Gatlinburg area! We loved staying at this cabin and would definitely book again. It has great access to beautiful Douglas lake. There is a pool on the resort, but we never went to it because Douglas lake was so clean and fun to swim in. The entire area was very pretty and the cabin was perfect for our family of 5. My kids, age 17, 14, and 12 had a blast whether it was swimming and paddle boarding on Douglas lake, or playing pool and hanging out in the cabin. Communication was great, but checking in could be more convenient. They don’t give you the address until check in is ready, which should be 4, but they weren’t ready for us until about 430. So thankfully my wife was able to do some Google searching and find the address so we knew where we were heading. Other than that, everything was great."

"Overall a wonderful cabin that I would recommend and stay in again. The cabin wasn’t cleaned when we arrived, but Jason was responsive and got someone out there within a couple of hours. Mixups happen. Cabin was very clean and beds are firm but comfy. Internet was terrible and we couldn’t stream some days at all (tried resetting router and Internet and all that). Probably needs a speed upgrade. I know people have complained about this for years on reviews so I will chime in too … please put a ladder on the dock. It’s very hard to get out of water unless you are young and strong. Cabin shares some amenities like kayaks and paddleboat with next door, and guy renting there said there are two pontoon ladders behind the house that haven’t been installed. I loved staying here and hope we can do so again. Oh, it gets very dark here at night, like dark as in you can’t see anything, and I didn’t turn the lights on when I went to the car three feet from the porch, and a black bear was in the garbage can and scared the bejesus out of me. I literally was five feet away and would have walked into it if I had gone to the back of the car. So that was fun! When you go out at night put on the lights and be careful."
