The fenced in yard offers a deck with patio furniture and a grill for evening cookouts and cocktails. You are just steps away from the lake. sorry! No children due to damages

The landscaping, location, and out door seating options were amazing. Lots of places for our family to stretch out. The only downside is that all three rooms are very bright so sleeping in is a bit tricky. Overall, great place to stay.

Relaxing lakefront stay

Property was welcoming, bright and airy. Would recommend window coverings for sleep pirposes but otherwise a relaxing home. Good access to lake, and the park looks like it is actively being updated next door.

Great Place To Stay

This property was a great place to stay very clean and just as it was stated in the listing. I would stay here again anytime. Great Sunrises and Sunsets. Very good communication with hosts with any questions they gave a quick response.

Family stay for Wedding

Our family attended a wedding in Vermilion. We found this gem for our stay. Owners were more than accommodating. They went above and beyond. Beautiful home and yard!We felt uncomfortable with no window coverings. Especially in the bedrooms. And the narrow path to get to back door was very hard for my mom to navigate with her cane. Not sure why the driveway is unusable where the back entry door is located. Would have been a lot easier to get all the luggage and my mom in.

Outstanding Stay

Steve and Deb have a beautiful vacation house. Perfect for our needs and beautiful lake views from the house and 2nd floor balcony, especially the sunrises. House is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our time very much. No issues at all. Steve and Deb were very proactive with their communications. Will definitely stay here again next year.

Nice little place

Our Labor Day weekend stay was really great. The house is adorable, very eclectic, comfortable, super clean and has lots of spaces to spread out and enjoy. Fantastic view of Lake Erie from the top porch area. Beautiful flowers and greenery inside and outside of the home. Comfortable beds, extra large kitchen table for meals, puzzles, games or work. Steve communicated, asked if we needed anything and gave clear welcome and exiting instructions. Highly recommend.

Aloha on the Lake

Property was wonderful. Only suggest that window treatments be added on both floors. The outside streetlights are very bright overnight interfering with sleep. And privacy in bedrooms was a concern.

Excellent Property

I stayed here with a friend for three nights and it is a wonderful option in Vermillion! Beautiful views, comfortable rooms, nice little extras. There is the bedroom on the first floor with its own bathroom and on the second floor there are two (One is a loft bedroom) Which was a great set up for us. I had my own area and so did she. Only 2 v small notes: the tv in the first floor bedroom did lose connectivity at times and be sure to note that not all toiletries were available. We made sure to pack shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. based on the listing, but I just wanted to mention since some rentals do supply such things. Communication with the property owner was easy and he was quick to respond. Parking was right at the unit and safely off street. The park across the way offers a small beach and lake walk out. We would definitely return!

We had a great stay at the Aloha home. Only thing is that listing said that there was a dishwasher and laundry facilities. There aren’t. However we didn’t need them.

Overall the stay was very pleasant and the owners were easy to reach for communication. View of lake was beautiful. The only ideas we would have to make it better would be a TV in the main living/kitchen area. The men would have like to watch the opening game of Ohio State together and not in a bedroom. It was nice all bedrooms had TVs though. More sofas/comfy chairs instead of wicker furniture in common area also. As the weather gets cooler a fire ring would be nice. We would stay again however and we had a great time. Thanks Steve!
