The staff was friendly and able to check us in a little early. The bed was comfy, the shower had great pressure, there were enough pillows as well. The pool was the perfect temperature and had privacy from the road next to it. The AC worked, the TV had good channels, there were enough outlets and I appreciated they had hair conditioner. The only downsides honestly were that we were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep above us. They were like line dancing up there I swear. We could also hear their shower running and it sounded like thunder. One of the bottom drawers wouldn't stay closed and you could potentially run into it with your leg. Last but not least is that the area seems sketchy and we wouldnt recommend walking around.

This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front desk to figure that out. If the lady checking us in would have provided that information, I would've been so confused why the lights, TV, air wouldn't work. Also, no one offered to bring our bags up to our room for us and there was a long wait to pick our bags up from the holding area the day of departure. Also, the elevators were SLOW and oftentimes, it seemed as if only one was working.

The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.

Large contemporary rooms with comfy beds. Nice and quiet in the room. Fairly long line to check in. Requested the balance for the two rooms to be charged on a different credit card than what was used to initially book the room. Not sure the front desk person understood what we were asking. Then, later discovered from housekeeping they had one room checking out one day earlier than the other room, which was incorrect. Both rooms had been booked for the same time period. Had to go to the front desk and find out why they did that. The front desk person had to call someone. He said it had been done by his manager? I think it was done by the front desk person who checked us in. Fortunately he was able to resolve the issue by revising the checkout date.
