"Staff was fantastic. Breakfast could not have been better; eggs and bacon to order, fresh coffe, local cheeses, fresh bakery, juice, preserves, toast, everything I could want. Room was spacious, with comfortable bed, large bathroom with towel warmer, plenty of hot water. Room had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again."

Heerlijke bedden en bovenal een schitterend weids uitzicht waar werkelijke rust nog bestaat. De pittoreske stadjes en dorpjes in de nabije omgeving biedt veel bezienswaardigheden. De stranden zijn prachtig. Kortom, een top aanrader voor een geweldige zorgeloze vakantie. We zullen hier zeker weer heel graag terugkomen!"

"My father, a history buff who is turning 83 this year, had always wanted to visit the WWII beaches, so of course I had to make his wish come true. When I found No.2 By the Fields, I knew I had found the perfect quaint setting and it did not disappoint. The cottage is perfectly situated between all of the historic sites, but still far enough away to give you the feeling of a quiet country setting, and yet close enough to town for late night pizza and wine; a dream location! It looks true to the photos, and the kids beds (that my best friend and I slept in) were super comfy. All the little details of the place make it super unique and nostalgic. My family and I had a wonderful time and would love to bring other friends and family back at some point to experience the beauty of Normandy and its remarkable history. "
