The Rocks on Long Point - Summer House on Lake Champlain

Wake up to sunrise over the mountains and end your day with sunset views across Lake Champlain. This fully renovated 1907 cottage sits right on the point with water on three sides—it's the ultimate lakefront escape.

Inside, you’ll find an open layout with a modern kitchen, cozy living area, and huge windows framing the water. Three bedrooms, including a vaulted-ceiling primary suite with lake views both east and west. Enjoy your coffee on the screened porch, unwind on the wraparound covered porch, or catch golden hour from the bluestone patio.

Extras include a steam shower, full laundry, dock, and beautiful landscaping. The community has access to clay tennis courts and a playground. Peaceful, private, and packed with charm—just bring your favorite people and settle in.
No parties! Quiet hours begin at 8pm. Please be mindful of speed when driving on the road as the speed limit is 5 MPH and there are lots of walkers, joggers, and bikers.

Stunning

Stunning view, beautiful house - not a usual rental. This is a home put together by someone who loves it and enjoys it when not renting it out. The kitchen is fully equipped, way beyond the basics. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the lake, watching gorgeous sunsets on rocking chairs, hanging out in the house’s lovely shared spaces or reading in one of multiple comfortable corners. Highly recommend!!

Our family vacation at The Rocks was amazing. The house had everything we would have wanted. The view of Lake Champlain and the mountains in New York is stunning and easily visible from various points on the property.I have been vacationing at Long Point for decades. It’s a tradition my grandfather started. The Rocks is by far the nicest house where we have ever stayed. The fact that all bedrooms had window air conditioners made sleeping at night extremely comfortable. We would definitely return for another rental at The Rocks.
