Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 15 € / person / set (obligatory)
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded at departure)

The rent includes 75 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

The Space:
Wonderful holiday villa close to the beach with private pool and wonderful views of the mountains.

The house has a large living-dining room (with air conditioning) with an American kitchen (with dishwasher) as well as 3 bedrooms (one of them with air conditioning and waterbed), 2 bathrooms.

The pool is fenced and therefore child-safe. The property is spacious and offers plenty of space for a family with children. There is a nice barbecue area where you can enjoy the summer nights together - and as well a big garden with lawn.

Parking lot on the plot.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.

Getting Around:
Distance to the sandy beach 1 km, pebble beach 1 km, supermarket 200 meters and restaurants 500 Meter; Golf and horse riding 4 km.

Other Things to Note:
Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles.

Small dog possible up to 10 kg. There are 2 bikes for the tenants available.
In July and August the arrival and departure must be on Saturday.
