Holiday rental for 4 people. This cottage at the bottom of a valley, surrounded by fields, awaits you for a green stay (many fruit trees are present on the hectare of land: quince trees, cherry trees ...), calm and rest are guaranteed. You can practice sailing, rowing, fishing (private pond with carp) and walk all around using the hiking trails (departure possible from the cottage). Do not forget to greet the two donkeys, Emon and Amandine! Between Toulouse (26km to the east, 20 minutes from the Balma-Gramont metro), Albi (58km) and Carcassonne (100km) you will discover the wealth of our region. Bonrepos-Riquet Castle 6km away. Natura Game treetop adventure park 12km away as well as an equestrian center. Buzet-sur-Tarn forest and golf course 15km away. Calicéo fitness and wellness center 20km away. On the ground floor: entrance into the living room (wood stove) with a dining area and a fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee maker, 4 gas burners), laundry room (washer-dryer), go down two steps to access the shower room with WC. Upstairs: large living room (sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, HI-FI radio, 140cm extra bed), a large bedroom with 1 160cm double bed and 2 90cm single beds, separated by a play area for children. Oil central heating. Garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. This cottage is adjoining the owners' house (but not overlooked). Baby equipment (travel cot and high chair).
