"The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a patio outside. The owner, Francine, was very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond on several occasions to make our experience the best it could be. There was access to wonderful hiking trails nearby, just be prepared for some steep inclines! One thing to note is that the resort area of Crans-Montana is very expensive, but there are many great things to do and see there....

"A gem off the beaten path! If you follow the host's directions together with your car navigation/phone GPS, you will have no problems finding it. We had a room out of 3 available, a shared bathroom, and a shared kitchenette (which we didn't use). The toilet in the room we had made loud sounds when we flushed, and there was an instruction advising us not to throw toilet paper in it, so we ended up using the shared toilet in the common area. "The hotel was ok and fine for 1 night, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. It was a bit grubby in places and the bathrooms would have benefited from some mould spray. We had a dreadful nights sleep, the mattress was so thin, there were no spare pillows. Also the room was incredibly hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the patio doors open, for safety, and there were no windows to open. The electricity went off during the night when our youngest went to the toilet. ...
