Several bars and restaurants are about 100 metres away, and a large supermarket and water park are about 800 metres away.There is a nearby bus stop to visit neighbouring towns like Garrucha, Mojácar, and Villaricos. Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood Theme Park are less than 1 hour by car.JACUZZI USE IN THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: Children up to 13 years old can access if accompanied by parents/legal guardians.
