Disliked: Check-in
There was no check in at the property, we had to drive 30 mins to the agents office to collect the key, there was no welcome pack explaining everything about the property, how things worked, how you access the building walking/by car etc. No explanation about AC, the ceiling fans were mostly missing batteries in the remotes and there was a lack of basic essentials in the kitchen like a chopping board or decent glasses. The pool was very nice, the pool area was not so nice, all grass, no sunbeds and little/no shade. There was also renovations going on throughout the stay in an apartment 3 doors down, with noise starting between 7.30/8am most days and the dust was so bad one day that we couldn’t use the balcony.
