With a maximum capacity for 5 adults, the apartment has 3 bedrooms (one of them with bunk beds), a full bathroom with shower, and a bright living room with access to a north-facing terrace.

Enjoy the facilities of Residencial Alborada, a residential complex located about 150 metres from El Playazo, with lift, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle tennis court, children's playground, and underground garage. Just 200 metres away you'll find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.

Come to Vera Playa, where you can also visit nearby towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.

APARTAMENTO EN VERA

El apartamento en líneas generales estaba muy bien, limpio, próximo a la playa, estupenda terraza, camas cómodas y menaje adecuado. La piscina es grande y no demasiado concurrida. Buena tele en el salón. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bastante bien. El frigorífico es muy antiguo, no tiene luz en su interior y apenas enfría. Las televisiones no sintonizan algunos canales nacionales, como por ejemplo los de mediaset. La tostadora está demasiado sucia. Una de las puertas de la terraza no cierra correctamente. El propietario pretendía cobrarnos la rotura de un rodamiento de la mampara de la ducha. Gracias a la buena gestión de la inmobiliaria finalmente no se nos retuvo nada de la fianza, pues la rotura no fue por un mal uso.

Opinión Alborada

Muy buen piso y buena urbanización, ideal para ir con niños. Amueblada con gusto, no le falta detalle y muy bien equipada. Las sartenes, estaban un poco perjudicadas.
