"A pessoa responsável não foi avisada da nossa estádia. Viajamos das 4 da madrugada até as 4 da tarde. O imóvel esta fechado, sujo e sem ninguém pra nos receber. Estava ventando e muito frio, tinha um bebê e 2 idosos, ficamos do lado de fora do imóvel até às 9 horas, quando nos liberou a entrada, ..."
