Tranquil Getaway Wifi Netflix and Pet friendly

Large, spacious property comprising three bedrooms, Two Bathrooms. Two zoned living area's and a great outdoor entertaining area.
The property is located in the First Estate with close walking distance to shops and the beautiful sandy surf beach.
Luxuriously appointed throughout, this stunning three bedroom with northerly aspect overlooks parkland's that have a fantastic new Children's playground.
A stunning open plan living area with large leather lounge, Smart Television with Netflix , Dining Table and designer galley with walk in pantry.
Full cooking facilities with all crockery, Glasses and cutlery supplied.
All modern conveniences including airconditioning/heater in living area's wifi, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer and Nespresso coffee machine.
With Double glazed windows, the house has been built to a six star rating with a Northerly aspect.
The property is set up as follows;

Main Bedroom with Queen size bed, split system, overhead fan, Tv and walk in robe. Beautiful Fully tiled Ensuite with rainfall and hand held shower for your convenience. Toilet and modern vanity complete the package.
2nd Bedroom has Queen size bed with built in robes.
3rd Bedroom has two bunk beds with built in robes.

The bedrooms are in a separate wing away from the main living area's allowing those who want to retire early if they want too.

The beautiful fully tiled bathroom comprises of Shower, designer vanity, bath and separate toilet.

Snuggle up on the Leather couch in front of the Home Theatre with a glass of red wine on those chilly nights or weekend getaway. There is a large selection of Dvd's for your entertainment or watch your favourite Netflix or Stan show.
A separate large living area for the kids to relax watching the Tv or Dvd's away from the adults.

There is a large outdoor alfresco entertaining area with BBq, 8 seat dining table and Wicker Rattan chaise lounge to relax in. This area overlooks the new playground and parkland's.
The outdoor hot and cold shower is located at the front of the house and is accessible just of the front decking making it easy to wash off at the end of the day. The property is fully fenced to keep the kiddies safe or your well behaved pet.

Off street parking for two cars and one car garage.

Well behaved pets are welcome but are strictly not permitted on beds, couches or other furnishings.
Our beds only have mattress protectors. As such you will need to bring your own linen and towels. All other bedding, Doona's and pillows are supplied.

Really good location and facility

Much better than expected! House was clean and very thing you need all there. There is a kids playground behind the house and pet friendly. We really had a good time. Wish would come back again.

A beautiful house and outside space. Great spacial layout of the kitchen, family area and bed rooms. Clean inside and out. Located in a quiet street and walking distance to Venus Bay shops and Beach 1. Host responded quickly to our questions and queries, and provided clear instructions, excellent. Wonderful place to return again and again.

Clean, spacious all mod cons comfortable beds. Loved that the property backed on to park with easy access via a gate. Quiet area walking distance to shops & beach. Will definitely return!

There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and our dog. We loved the house, it was an upgrade from our own home. We would certainly consider going back again.

We had a great time at Venus Bay. The house was great, there was only a couple of things that we didn’t like the second double bed was very squeaky and was not great for a couple. The bunk beds didn’t have bars on the top, this didn’t make it feel very safe. The bathrooms were very roomy and lovely. The kitchen was great too. Thank you

Great location

We had a great holiday. The house was more than we expected. Plenty of space and layout was perfect. However, three things to note, the fence was electric, was not informed and as a result my dog got zapped. There was not enough toilet paper supplied. Lastly, main ensuite fan didn't seem to work effectively, even with the window open.

This home is set up with all modern appliances, makes for an easy stress free holiday, close to the shops and beach, and a park just behind the back fence, secure yard for your dog, gives you peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Family Friendly retreat

There was plenty of room for the kids to play, plus the added advantage of a park right out the back gate. Comfortable walking distance to the town and beaches made this a great getaway.

Ideal property for a stay with pets

Venus Bay is a stunning location and the property had everything we needed for our break. The house was very comfortable and is perfect for those bringing their dog along - excellent fencing so you don't have to worry about pets escaping!

Great stay

This property was great. We had an excellent time. The kitchen was well stocked with appliance - coffee machine, air fryer etc. It was a decent walk to the beach but it is a beautiful part of the world. Would stay again next time I am down in this part of the world. Owners were great to communicate with.

Great stay and fabulous owner

The house is large enough to accomodate 2 families, with a great front and backyard where our dog had great fun. Located at 5 mins walk from the town and 10 mins from the main beach, you have all you need right there! And the owner is very caring and helpful.
