"There was a dye on the white hand towels, the non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, one bed was comfy the other was painful. The room doesn’t automatically lock when you shut the door, you have to put the keycard to lock it, I didn’t know that right away so there were times we left the door unlocked ..."
