This hotel is one long walk from one end to the other, with the lobby and elevators at the middle. I was given a room that necessitated me carrying my bags almost to the very end, quite a distance. Also, the room have doors that face the outside, and they are fairly noisy too. The restaurant didn't open until 7:30 AM(!), very late compared to most that I have stayed at.

We had to walk a very long way tobour room. We had the last room and I dont walk well due to an accident. It was really tough with luggage. The ice machine was out of order. Some of the furniture in our room looked old and had scars but the room was very clean and the bedding fresh. The best part were the delicious breakfastes at Alexanders. The staff were exceptionally courteous.

Room was very cold, heater/AC did not work, bathroom was also very cold, not providing complimentary water. Very poor overall for Sheraton as a hotel comparing to some INN.

Everything was great! Check-in was busy but once it was my turn, it was quick. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved that the room had a patio with a nice view. Walked to the Harbor and it was about a 20 minute walk which is kinda far for me but I survived :-) . Ordered a cheeseburger, chocolate cake, and clam chowder from the hotel restaurant. It was ready for pick up quickly and the clam chowder was delicious! Overall, great stay.

This is an older but very nice property. The staff was nice and it’s clean. Also close to several dining options. However the thermostat on the room heater was broken and we had to turn it off and on manually throughout the night. Also the TV was either broken or not at all user friendly. We couldn’t access a guide and viewing options were limited.

I stayed here for one night while visiting the Channel Islands. I found the property to be clean and staff friendly. Of special note was the incredibly comfortable bed and hot shower. I loved the coffee service too. I do want to comment that the air conditioning/heating system needs to be repaired. It was a bit noisy. I was in Room 207. Other than that, terrific.

Pretty basic property. They don’t even have a safe in the room. The AC sounds as if it has a v8 in it, super loud. Totally out priced for what limited comfort it offers. Not even breakfast is included. Not recommended for sure.
