"The house size was great- we enjoyed the location. House has a few issues that if fixed would make the space awesome. We had 10 people staying here with plenty of room for everyone. House has a few issues like leaking shower and wonky kitchen floor that were a tiny bit concerning. Host was very nice. House could use a few more things for guests to use such as kitchen pots and pans. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"This house looks good in the pictures but in person it’s a different story. The house was extremely nasty. We found hair, grass, and dirt in the sheets of every single beds. There were also personal items left behind including prescription pills that were laying out in the open. The house is located right in the middle of the worst side of town and none of my group felt safe enough to stay here. We rented a hotel and took the loss. Very disappointed "
