"Using kiosk make sure the person in front of you make sure they complete. Checked in then got back to our room we were locked out of the room. Took a hour to get everything fixed but the hotel offered nothing in return for the inconvenience. Still waiting on the credit of $ 150 for the incidentals that they put on your card just in case. Room it self was clean, bathroom lighting was not very good. Door to the refrigerator was falling off. No blankets in the room. And no microwave. "

"The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. When we arrived at the room, it was a mess. The wood floor had a thick layer of dust in some areas. The window I was supposed to have a view through was covered in dirt and fingerprints, and it got even dirtier by the time I saw it in the bathroom. It was disgusting. I dialed 0 and asked housekeeping to clean the shower, but the lady who answered the phone was rude and never sent anyone. "

"Front desk receptionist are very unprofessional. Both employees had their heads down in phone as I walked up to front desk. I stood there for a minute until some one greeted me. Then when I was greeted it was pleasant or with a smile. One was not in uniform. I wasn’t told about all the fees just partial so I was worried about the other charges that I seen on my account. The last two times I have been there the customer service has been getting worse."
