"This is the fourth time I have been to La Prairie. I come here mainly to indulge my hobby of astrophotography as the skies are dark and the weather good, but you can't guarantee clear skies at night even in the south of France! Francoise is very welcoming, helpful and never intrusive. Isis the dog is perhaps the most friendly dog you will ever meet. The view across to the hills is amazing, the gite is clean and comfortable and I am sure I will return again."

It is a short walk or drive to the village of Orpierre which has the most incredible array of climbing. Christine is a fanstastic host. Was a one night stay as we were travelling on but if we had the opportunity we would have stayed for longer. Would 100% stay again should we be in the area."
