"Well maintained and the property itself is quiet. The on site restaurant was nice and they make great breakfast and nachos. The a/c was quiet and efficient. Great location for beach access and every restaurant you can imagine. Farmers market nearby 2 days a week. Bring ear plugs for potential howler monkeys and the bar nearby that plays music until 2am. "We enjoyed our stay at El Moro. Hotel was near downtown. Staff was very nice, atmosphere too. Our breakfast was included. Great place to enjoy your afternoon by the pool and party at night . They do play club music all day long, close to midnight. Jope to come back soon. "

"This place is absolutely amazing! It is a very small boutique hotel, and has a private gate that takes you down to the beach. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was kept up beautifully. The food was excellent and the beach is unbelievable! At any given time, I don't think there were more than a dozen people on the beach with us. I cannot recommend enough! If you're thinking of going to Tamarindo, skip it and book here or at their sister Hotel. Playa Grande beats Tamarindo in every way. And this is a great place to stay if you're in Playa Grande."
