In the district of Vensac-Océan 2.5 km from the centre of Montalivet, 9 km from the centre of Vendays, 85 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace, parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, bus stop "Av. De l'Europe/Montalivet" 2 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Cycle lane 50 m. The owner does not accept any groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Grosszügiges Haus mit viel Umschwung

Grosses, gut eingerichtetes Haus, alles ebenerdig. Alle Zimmer gleichwertig mit eigener Dusche/WC, was uns sehr wichtig war. Abdeckbarer Pool, viel Platz und genügend Liegestühle um den Pool. Genügend Platz für Autos. Küche gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Abfalltrennung und genug Stauraum. Waschmaschine war sehr hilfreich.

Top huis

Het huis is recent en ziet er verzorgd uit. We kwamen wat te vroeg waardoor we de schoonmaakploeg bezig zagen en er werd goed aandacht aan besteed. Het zwembad ziet er ook netjes en verzorgd uit. één klein detail: Er zijn geen drinkbekers met oren waardoor je de handen brandt als je een kop thee inschenkt, verder een top huis met veel ruimte en heerlijk bij iedere slaapkamer een badkamertje.

Événement familial

Invités pour un baptême nous recherchions un hébergement capable d'accueillir plusieurs couples avec ou sans enfants. Cette villa avec 5 chambres avec chacune son cabinet de toilette a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Beaucoup d'espace avec la tranquillité en plus.

Das Haus ist groß, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes kleines Bad mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche. Es gibt in der Wohn-Esszimmer-Küche ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Die Küche hat fast alles was gebraucht wird, ein Rührgerät gab es z. B. nicht (deshalb fast). Der Pool war für unsere 6 Enkel (2,5 bis 11 Jahre alt) super; der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Die Dusche hinter dem Pool ist eine klasse Idee, so kam kein Strandsand in Pool oder Wohnung. - Der tägliche (!) Markt in Montalivet ist super…

séjour Vensac près de l'ocean

Très bon séjour, temps, océan, proximité. Suffisamment de vaisselle etc etc. Quand on arrive tard, c'est pas assez organisé pour récupérer les clés, la concierge a pallié, on a fait un très bon séjour tout de même.
