The space
The apartment, located on the ground floor, consists of a large entryway with a single bed—ideal for accommodating a fifth guest—a spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, which also features a sofa bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a comfortable double bedroom. The simple, modern decor helps create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The real highlight of this apartment is the large garden, which features a fig tree and a historic strawberry grape vine.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities: air conditioning and heating regulated in accordance with current regulations, free Wi-Fi, dishes, cookware, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals, even outdoors in the garden.

Located about a 15-minute walk from the train station, in the Cannaregio district, it’s perfect for exploring the city, whether on foot or by vaporetto, thanks to its proximity to the Guglie stop. It’s also just a short walk from the charming Jewish Ghetto and the lively Strada Nova.

Guest Access
The entire apartment is available to guests, with no shared areas, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur an additional fee to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
