Cà de l'Astrologo - Brand-new apartment in the artistic and historic Cannaregio district, just a stone's throw from the Grand Canal and next to the historic Venice Casino, dating back to 1638.

The apartment is very spacious and quiet, retaining the typical features of Venetian homes such as exposed wooden beams, a Venetian-style terrace dating back to the 1800s, and a private garden for guests’ use in an intimate and romantic courtyard.

The Space
The 100-square-meter apartment, cosy and meticulously maintained, is located on the ground floor and ground floor in a private courtyard closed to pedestrian traffic.

The ground floor features a garden reserved exclusively for guests, where you can enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors or relax in the outdoor lounge.
Inside, you’ll find the entryway with a shoe rack and sofa, the living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring all appliances: an induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, espresso machine, and refrigerator with freezer.
The kitchen is equipped with materials that are as free as possible from BPA and microplastics, to ensure greater safety and health consciousness.
The ground floor is completed by a half-bath and a laundry area with a washing machine/dryer, ironing board, and iron.

The ground floor consists of two bedrooms overlooking the garden. Each features a 160x200 cm double bed, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a spacious shower.

In the centre of the ground floor is a reading area with armchairs and a selection of books.

The apartment also offers the following amenities: Wi-Fi (fibre optic), hair dryer, smart TV, and USB ports.
All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating.

Just a 1-minute walk from the San Marcuola vaporetto stop, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from Santa Lucia Station and a 15-minute walk from Piazzale Roma.

Other things to keep in mind
Venice tourist tax of 4.00 euros per person per night, for a maximum of 5 nights, to be paid upon arrival (20.00 euros per person even for stays longer than 5 nights).

In Venice, the tourist tax is a municipal tax that hosts are legally required to collect and pay directly. Unlike in other cities, Airbnb cannot include it in the booking price. The amount varies depending on the season, the type of accommodation, and the length of stay. In addition, certain categories of guests—such as young children, Venice residents, students or workers in Venice for study or work purposes, and people exempt for health reasons—are not required to pay.
